Our Chianti Classico Gran Selezione wine 2018 is produced with the best grapes harvested by hand.
The fermentation is induced by selected yeasts and carried out in separate steel tanks for each variety.
The contact time with the peel (maceration) can vary from 22 to 25 days depending on the grape variety.
After fermentation, the racking is carried out, the assembly proceeds and ends with the refinement for a period of about 24 months.
After this period the wine is bottled and then refined for a further 6 months in the bottle.
