Our Grappa of Chianti Classico is entirely produced with pomace from our Chianti Classico grapes, for the majority of Sangiovese varieties.
The color is clear and crystalline in transparency, its olfactory bouquet is elegant and rich with well-present notes of rose and violet, a pungent scent that recalls red fruits, especially currant.
