The Testucchio wine is produced with the best Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from the farm, harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, with the grapes separated and induced by selected yeasts; the contact time with the skins (maceration) can vary from 18 to 25 days. For this time, manual pumping over is carried out both indoors and outdoors. At the end of the vinification the racking takes place. Then the assembly takes place. It then proceeds to the malolactic fermentation spontaneously and the refinement in 500-liter tonneaux for a period of about 12-16 months. After this period the wine is bottled to continue aging there.

Serving temperature 18-20 °, to be uncorked half an hour before serving.
Alcohol content of 13% vol.
